Passionate about balancing the masculine & feminine energies in my own life on & off the mat,
my Kundalini Yoga classes aim to create a sacred space where you can experience your true self,
through the interconnected nature of your mind & body, so that you may live more intuitively & with intention
from your heart - in tune with your inner compass.

The word Yoga can be translated to ‘union’ - and refers to the healing power of the practices to connect us to our bodies, our inner selves and the world around us. Kundalini yoga in particular, known as the Yoga of Awareness, uses movement, breath, meditation and mantra, to awaken the energetic systems within and around the body.
Often considered a ‘science’ because of its special capacity to cleanse, revitalize and energize the nervous & glandular systems by moving energy through the chakras, Kundalini Yoga supports the physical body by ​strengthening the nervous system, expanding lung capacity, and increasing physical flexibility, stability & strength.
Yet the healing effects of Kundalini Yoga go beyond the yoga mat and the physical body. When we become conscious of our energy and move it with intention, we become more empowered, productive, and authentic beings in our lives off the mat as well. Much like a spiritual practice, the tools of Kundalini Yoga open us to new perspectives.
